Andrews warms guests in Six Nations corporate hospitality

When it comes to corporate hospitality, there are countless factors that must be considered if you’re looking to create a positive experience for your invitees. One thing that should feature prominently on any checklist is to make sure you have instilled a warm, comfortable environment – and this is one of the simplest things to achieve.

Only last week, our experts were on site at Twickenham Stadium following an enquiry from their events team. Our client wished to increase temperatures inside five hospitality marquees positioned adjacent to the ground.

A number of high-profile companies and match sponsors were hosting guests on the day of England’s crunch Six Nations clash against Ireland, and with weather conditions expected to be cold and dreary, there was simply no scope for error!

Although a routine job from our perspective, we ensured our local technician visited site a few days in advance to provide peace of mind to the customer. During this consultation, it was suggested that each marquee be assigned its own ID65 indirect fired heater, which would be positioned outside in an unobtrusive location.

We arranged for the kit to be delivered once an agreement had been reached, with a simple demonstration later carried out in the presence of our contact. This also gave our client the confidence to operate the units in our absence on the day of the requirement, which we understand was thoroughly enjoyed by all present!
