During the recent cold spell, Andrews Chiller Hire supplied 10 x 150kW Air Handling Units to a processing plant. The existing Dry Air Coolers had failed and production had to be stopped. The customer originally specified Fluid Chiller Units, but after a site survey by a Andrews Sykes Specialist engineer, the recommendation to use Air Handlers was agreed due to the low ambient temperatures. The units supplied considerably reduced running costs and met budget expectations. Andrews Chiller Hire team were on site within 4 Hours of the initial call and the processing plant was operational within 8 hours utilising the temporary Air Handlers.
