Location Details
Situated on the edge of Dartmoor, our Bovey Tracey depot is ideally located to cover all areas in south-west England. Just a short distance from the A38, excellent road links allow us to quickly reach all areas between Falmouth, Bridport and Barnstaple. The Devon Guild of Craftsmen – the region’s largest contemporary craft centre – is in close proximity to our Bovey Tracey branch, with Stover Country Park also just two miles away.
Our warehouse is 11,000 square feet in total, with eleven full-time members of staff working at the site. Delivery vehicles are always on standby, guaranteeing we can always adhere to our four hour service pledge. We also offer adequate parking facilities to clients, enabling you to collect smaller hire units if necessary.
We offer our full range of services as with all our depots, including air conditioning hire, pump hire, chiller hire, heater hire, boiler hire, dehumidifier hire and ventilation hire. With dozens of years’ experience working alongside clients from all industries, we can adapt both our service and the solutions we provide to accommodate your needs. We pledge to deliver equipment within four hours to anywhere in Bovey Tracey and Devon, including: Plymouth, Exeter, Paignton, Taunton, Truro and Barnstaple.

How to find us
From Exeter and the North take the A38 (Devon Expressway) towards Plymouth. At the A382 junction, exit towards Newton Abbot/Bovey Tracey/Moretonhampstead. At the roundabout take the 4th exit onto A382/Newton Road. At the traffic lights turn right onto Battle Road, then take the 2nd left turn into Cavalier Road, then take the 1st right turn into Fairfax Road. We are located on your left-hand side.
If travelling from Plymouth and the South take the A38 (Devon Expressway) towards Exeter, at the A382 junction, exit towards Newton Abbot/Bovey Tracey/Moretonhampstead. The nearest railway station currently open to the public is Newton Abbot (approx. 5 miles), which is managed by Great Western Railways. As well as the regular London Paddington to Penzance route, local trains service Exeter, Exmouth, Paignton and Plymouth. Cross Country trains also operate north-bound trains to Bristol, Birmingham and Manchester.

When loose material had accumulated on an embankment due to recent bad weather, our client wanted to flush water to create a landslide. We delivered a high capacity pump which delivered water at high pressure, ensuring the mound did not slip and affect a nearby railway line.
