This is an exciting opportunity to develop new business, manage key accounts, and provide customers with industry-leading temporary cooling, heating and ventilation solutions across a diverse range of sectors.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Developing new business opportunities across the South West region.
• Managing and growing relationships with existing customers.
• Conducting site visits and surveys to understand customer requirements.
• Preparing quotations and proposing bespoke HVAC solutions.
• Working closely with operational teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Identifying opportunities within construction, facilities management, manufacturing, healthcare and commercial sectors.
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a sales role within HVAC, temperature control, cooling, refrigeration, building services or equipment hire.
• Strong business development and account management skills.
• Ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
