Your new role

  • Telesales: Generating leads and directly securing orders.
  • Sales Coordination: Managing activities and schedules between internal and external sales teams.
  • Quotation Management: Following up on and converting hire and sales quotations, as well as contacting “off-hirers”.
  • Invoicing and Administration: Handling sales administration and invoicing specifically for Thames Water.
  • General Responsibilities: Participating in meetings, training, and other duties required to support the business.

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Experience in Hire industry and similar contact centre type role
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience in dealing with variety of customers over the phone
  • Self- motivated team player
  • Able to deliver a high level of customer service/satisfaction
  • Good attention to detail
  • Excellent administration skills
  • Good MS Office knowledge, i.e. MS Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Able to work calmly under pressure
  • Resolve problems efficiently.
