Fuel Management

By providing our customers with comprehensive fuel management packages, we ensure that a range of options are available and that the service we offer covers all product groups within our hire fleet. We believe our clients have the right to expect fuel support and supply for both planned and emergency hires – something you can trust us to deliver. Whether you have a daily, weekly or monthly rental requirement or an immediate demand for fuel, we will take the necessary steps to ensure a suitable supply is available within as short a timeframe as possible.

Our fuel management services are offered to clients across the whole country and are an ideal insurance against any potential disruption to the functionality of your heater, boiler or pump. This amenity is available to all customers and helps protect against the likelihood of decreased output, guaranteeing peace of mind. Every bunded fuel tank within our hire fleet complies with all industry regulations, making them perfect for fuel storage in every conceivable application.

Our services to customers are tailored to meet individual needs, ranging from an everyday supply of fuel and tanks to a National Supply Agreement for bulk supply across the UK. We also offer an automatic fuel management provision based on preordained rates of consumption. This can also be implemented outside of normal working hours.

As we strive to surpass customer expectations, we are constantly exploring the benefits of biofuels and other alternatives to the more traditional options of diesel and LPG gas. For this reason, we are delighted to be able to now offer customers hydrotreated vegetable oil (HVO) following a sharp rise in popularity.

Industrial Heating Oil

Seeking to cut heating fuel costs and minimize environmental impact? Choose money-saving, low-emission Industrial Heating Oil (IHO) instead. Up to 25% less expensive than diesel, IHO provides major fuel savings for all heater and boiler hires.

Its unique formula also yields lower emissions and slower combustion compared to traditional fuels. Transition your next project to affordable, eco-friendly IHO for reduced expenses and a smaller carbon footprint.

The longer the rental period, the more your savings accumulate by utilising cost-effective IHO instead of pricier diesel. Learn more about how Industrial Heating Oil can benefit your finances and the planet. Make the smart change to IHO for all your heating fuel needs.

Fuel tank range

We recognise the importance of supplying the correct equipment for your application, which includes recommending a fuel tank of appropriate capacity. Starting at 90 litres, our range of buggies and tanks includes models with capacities of up to 10,000 litres – ensuring projects of any size can be overseen without issue.

Every fuel tank in our hire fleet is fully bunded and constructed from steel, making their robust shells suitable for deployment in outdoor areas.

Our technicians will carry out oil refills at times convenient to you and will even devise a regular plan to guarantee that you never run out of fuel on site.

Standards and Regulations

We have fully bunded storage facilities at each of our depots and these comply with all conditions outlined in the ISO 14001 environmental accreditation – which we are proud to hold. Additionally, we can provide you with a comprehensive range of Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBCs) for hire, which hold between 1,000 and 10,000 litres. All IBCs within our fleet are double bunded and have their inner bund cleaned and pressure tested every 30 and 60 months, so they meet legislative safety standards and ensure complete protection against accidental spillages. All double bund IBCs will hold 110% of the inner bund capacity as standard.

Our delivery drivers hold “ADR” licenses as necessitated by the Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road regulatory body and all our vehicles carry ADR compliance kits in accordance with current regulations.

We also provide clients with gas bottles which have been manufactured for use in conjunction with any gas-fired product within our hire fleet. These range between 15 kg and 47 kg, with our butane and propane gas cylinders both available for immediate distribution.

Our gas cylinders have been designed for use in a wide range of applications and can be situated both indoors and outside, underlining their flexibility.

HVO Fuel

HVO fuel is a synthetic, premium quality biofuel made from 100% renewable raw materials. Specifically introduced for use in conjunction with all products featuring modern diesel engines, HVO is widely accepted as being a practical like-for-like replacement for regular diesel.

The recent and sudden rise in demand for HVO fuel can be attributed to the fact that it reduces carbon emissions by up to 90%, making it significantly more environmentally friendly than just about every alternative currently available on the market.

The addition of HVO fuel is aligned with our commitment to finding greener ways of working and represents the perfect choice for UK businesses looking to minimise their carbon footprint.
