James joined our marketing department in February 2014, after graduating from the University of Brighton with a journalism degree. Having worked in the department for almost a decade, James is now responsible for developing and implementing the company’s marketing strategy across all territories. As such, James works closely with all members of the team – both UK-based and overseas – as well as the senior management teams of our UK, European and Middle Eastern businesses.
Ross had worked at the company for five consecutive summers, fulfilling a number of roles within the business before joining the marketing team full-time in 2013. He graduated from the University of Greenwich with a degree in Advertising, Marketing and Communications, and is responsible for much of our creative output. Ross is predominantly involved with designing artwork, graphics and video content, but also contributes towards organising exhibitions, trade shows and other one-off events.
Francesca completed her master’s degree in Public and Business Communication at the University of Milan. She moved to London and joined the marketing team in 2016, working predominantly with the French-speaking countries. Since 2020, Francesca has focused on the Italian market, following the growth of the company’s business in Italy. She oversees regular website updates, produces email campaigns, is developing Nolo Climat’s social media presence, and designs graphics and marketing materials.
Jahdia moved from the island of Bermuda to London and has recently completed her master's degree in Strategic Communications at King's College London. She joined the marketing team full-time in October 2022. Her primary duties include in-house content for the website, email campaigns, co-coordinating PR opportunities, creating content for all social media platforms, and assisting with the organisation of special events.
