Sales, strategy, and step-ups: Here’s a recap of our sales conference

Last week, our sales teams met up in Daventry for a very productive two-day training seminar and strategy meeting.

The event provided our HVAC and Pumps Sales Directors – Paul La Roche and Chris Graham – with an opportunity to relay business plans for 2023 onwards, while also allowing all present to engage in dialogue, network, and share ideas.

The training was undertaken by Steve Reeve, who was a former Sales and Marketing Director at Andrews Sykes. Additionally, we were delighted to announce a number of internal promotions as part of broader plans to reorganise our sales teams.

Mark Howe has undertaken the role of HVAC National Sales Manager, with our newly named Sales Engineers (formerly Territory Sales Managers) reporting directly to him.

George Jones is now HVAC Business Development Director and will be responsible for the HVAC contact centre and the new Major Projects Manager role.

Martyn Kingsmill has been appointed Senior Sales Engineer for the Southern sales team following 10 successful years in the business.

Geoff Williams is stepping up into the Pumps Business Development Director role, where he will manage our expanding Internal Sales team.
