Being the market leaders in specialist Pump Hire we continue to grow and develop in line with our customers ever changing demands, and due to our continued growth we are currently seeking an exceptional Pump Sales Manager to manager our Andrews Sykes Pump territory sales team in the North region.

As Pumps Sales Manager you will drive the sales and marketing strategy, market penetration, income generation and sales activities for the Andrews Sykes Pumps. Reporting to the Pump Sales Director you will be accountable for the achievement of revenue and growth targets for the product group and will also coach, develop and performance manage a team of 5 territory sales managers in the northern region.

As sales manager you will be highly motivated with competitive drive and the ability to deliver against challenging deadlines and targets. You will also demonstrate the ability to inspire, coach, mentor and develop a dynamic team of territory sales managers through effective communication and a collaborative approach.

A successful Pump Sales Manager will have 5+ years of managing a regional or national field sales team and evidence of on-target performance, gained both personally and through a sales team. As this is a regional role extensive travel will be expected so you will require a full UK driving licence. Knowledge and experience within the Pump Hire industry is also desirable.
