Reporting to the Head of HR, the Recruitment and Training Partner will work closely with a variety of Key Stakeholders, Regional Directors and Management Teams of Operations and Depot support UK wide. You will be responsible sourcing, attracting, recruiting, selecting and on-boarding of operations and depot support vacancies within an engineering and logistics environment.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment where you will have changing priorities in line with our operational requirements and as such you will need be able to work on your own initiative and prioritise your workload in order to meet the team and company KPI’s.
As part of attracting exceptional talent for our organisation it is essential that you are able to demonstrate your ability to write attractive and compelling job adverts that enhance our employer brand and attract the best candidates in the market. You will also work with our HR team to effectively support the onboarding process for successful candidates and will work with your key stakeholders on their department’s training needs in order to develop the talent within our organisation, as such knowledge and experience of establishing internal and external training programmes would be desired.
