We have an opportunity for a Hire Manager to join us at our Aberdeen depot. 


Reporting to the Depot Manager, our Hire Manager will manage the day to day running of the depot and ensure it is meeting all of it's targets and KPI's. you will ensure the delivery of our high-quality hire services, meeting customer service objectives, maximising the effective use of systems, assets and personnel to achieve and exceed budgeted income and profit. You will manage all safety, health, environmental, quality, personnel and regulatory matters in accordance with company policies.

The position of Hire Manager would suit someone currently in the position of Hire Manager, Hire Supervisor or Depot Supervisor within the Plant or Equipment Hire Industry

As Hire manager you will be experienced in supervising or managing people in a commercially focused business and have Customer-facing experience in a technical service related industry
You will have strong organising, administration and communication skills and work well under pressure.
