Andrews Boilers helps Bath hospital get out of hot water

As the country’s leading specialist boiler hire supplier, our team is always prepared to respond to emergencies – especially when they relate to the hot water and heating needs of businesses nationwide.

On a cold Thursday afternoon, our dedicated contact centre received an enquiry after the district mains system split at a hospital in Bath. As a result, the entire ward had no heating, and it was getting colder and colder by the hour.

We understand that some industries – such as healthcare – are particularly vulnerable when unexpected breakdowns occur. That’s why our staff are trained to help customers overcome challenging situations as and when they arrive. This conscientiousness and attention to detail is what underpins the high level of service we provide, and the very reason we are first choice for many facilities management companies.

Less than three months later, we were contacted by the building’s facilities manager who informed us that two 80kW boilers had broken down. This fault left a large depot and adjoining office without central heating and hot water and meant that replacement kit was required as quickly as possible.
