Major client, multiple units, no problem!

Our electric heaters have been flying off the shelves in France this winter but, sometimes, you just need something slightly bigger!

Earlier in March, our colleagues at Andrews Climat Location were approached by one of the country’s largest civil engineering and construction companies – Eiffage – seeking a solution on behalf of their client.

The end user was a multinational technology organisation with a very prominent presence in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region.

Because of their rapid growth in recent years, the tech manufacturer was in the process of extending their site – and this is where the heating requirement came from.

Belgium

It’s the season of love, but we know that not everyone is a fan of Valentine’s Day. In some instances, self-care and personal growth must take priority. We’ve taken this somewhat literally in Belgium, with our progress in the region recently extending to opening a third depot in the country.

Our new property in Kortrijk gives us a wonderful platform from which to serve customers in the west of Belgium – as well as northern France – and we’re very confident that we’ll be able to make defining connections with a number of customers based in this expansive region. Love at first sight, or love at first site?

We knew last month had been a good one, but it has since come to light that it was our best December on record from a revenue perspective! Britain experienced snowfall, ice and bitter temperatures – and it’s fair to say our clients were cold. Although we didn’t have a choice in the weather, our loyal customers chose us to provide temporary heating units. We’ve always made it our target to provide a high level of service and deliver during sleet, snow, or shine, and that’s exactly what we did!

Out of our amazing line-up, we have awarded the golden boot to our TikTok page – after recently going viral and hitting more than 100k views in one video! Italy

In Italy, our colleagues at Nolo Climat have finally let one of our newest players off the bench to make their debut. We are of course referring to our new submersible pumps, and it is with great delight that we announce that some of these are now out on hire! Quite fittingly, a sporting association needed to move water from one pond to another, prompting an enquiry and our first official pump order.

Italy

Our Italian branch, Nolo Climat, has been showing its passion for fashion by maintaining momentum from their work at the Milan fashion week in September. Our specialists in Italy proposed a heating solution for an exclusive footwear brand’s showroom, in one of the most exclusive locations in Milan. After a thorough inspection of the building, our FH185 DV models were identified as the optimal heating solution for the showroom and surrounding spaces. Four heaters will remain on site until December, along with diesel tanks that are equipped with a remote level management system that allows fuel levels to be viewed through a mobile app.

Andrews Sykes Group expands French coverage with new Nantes depot

It is with great delight that we announce the opening of a new depot in Nantes following a substantial investment in our French operations. Strategically located to serve customers across the Great West region including the cities of Brest, Rennes, Le Mans and Angers, our latest property demonstrates the exceptional growth we have enjoyed in the country since opening our first depot there in 2012.

In recent years, demand for our full range of products and services in and around Nantes has grown considerably. By opening a depot here – our sixth in France – we will be perfectly positioned to reach customers more quickly, with a local presence ensuring that emergency response times are dramatically reduced going forward.

Andrews Sykes continue French expansion

It is with great delight that we announce the opening of a new depot in Toulouse as part of the company’s continued growth in France. The news is symptomatic of our progress in the country and comes just a few months after the opening of our Marseille depot.

We have taken ownership of the new property, which will be fully operational and open for business by January 2020.

The Toulouse depot is our fifth in France and gives us a fantastic opportunity to develop business relationships with companies across the south-west.

Andrews Sykes successfully launch third French depot

Andrews Sykes have now officially opened a new depot in Lyon – the third French outlet successfully opened since 2012.

To support the growth of our development in France, it was decided that an additional branch would be required in the south east region of the country. This will now allow us to respond to local enquiries more quickly and ensures the Rhône-Alpes, Bourgogne, Franche-Comté, Auvergne and Languedoc Roussillon areas are covered.

As well as opening the Lyon depot, we will also be increasing our fleet of air conditioners, chillers, heaters, boilers, dehumidifiers and fans in France in order to accommodate an extra demand for our products.
