Our ability to design solutions based on specific needs has seen us provide units for a broad range of applications, including a world-famous annual boat show in the Netherlands.
Although the majority of the event took place in the quays of Amsterdam Marina, indoor venues were also used so that children could learn how to surf and sail on small boats. In order to replicate normal open water conditions, organisers sought a powerful ventilation solution that would aid movement and more closely resemble an outdoor environment.
Having arranged to hire ventilation fans to the client on an earlier occasion, our local technicians were able to propose a similar hire package based on previously acquired knowledge. It was decided that deploying approximately 20 ASF50 fans around the pool would provide enough air circulation to create the desired effect, and these were installed within hours of initial contact.
To the customer’s delight, our recommended course of action worked just as expected and aided an innovative simulation at minimal cost. Consequently, there have already been preliminary discussions about using our services once again when the next boat fair takes place.
