Industrial power station makes use of heater hire
A power station in Bristol required heating to keep construction staff warm during a planned shut down period. The four week period was arranged in order for maintenance work to be carried out. The project manager called the Andrews Heat for Hire team, who arranged for one of our experienced site engineers to visit the location and provide a full survey and quotation. The solution was found in the form of an Andrews Aurora FH 4000, a powerful indirect fired site heater.
This high capacity heater is one of the most fuel efficient containerised oil fired heaters in our fleet. It is portable, stackable for storage and has a range of ducting outlets and adapter plates. This heater is fully automatic with a thermostat connection meaning it is very user friendly. Heat was ducted into the power plant via existing openings and power was supplied alongside a 3000 litre fuel tank which completed the package. The heaters ran smoothly for the entire period. No problems were encountered and the client was extremely pleased with the service the Andrews Heat for Hire team provided.
