Worldwide locations A nationally-renowned venue in Wales required cooling for its main hall, which was being used for graduation ceremonies during the summer months. Increased heat loads caused by large numbers of people congregated within the vicinity meant that Andrews Chiller Hire was contacted about providing a temporary solution.
Following a site survey, conducted by one of our expert technicians, we delivered and installed a 375kW chiller and two 150kW air handling units in order to cool the large gallery. Additionally, three 30kW chillers connected to fan coil units were deployed inside a marquee, ensuring temperatures were comfortable for guests during both the ceremony and reception.
We took steps to conceal all ducting, which was particularly important in this case because of the fact that photographs were constantly being taken. The client was extremely satisfied with the unobtrusive yet effective system we provided, affording guests and students the necessary levels of comfort to enjoy their day.
