Exceptional service from Andrews Sykes

A company local to the Andrews Sykes depot in Portsmouth suffered a boiler breakdown, leaving the building without any heat or hot water on a Friday evening without possible repair until the following week. The company were distressed and worried until Hire Manager, John Waite, from the Andrews Sykes Portsmouth depot passed the building on his way home and was told of the situation.

Caring for our customers at every point of contact, John quickly notified the Portsmouth depot to help the customer urgently. Staff members worked hard to ensure 21 portable heaters and 9 DE25 fan heater units were delivered to the company the very next day. One of our field sales team then visited the company first thing on Monday morning to check the heaters were strategically positioned throughout the building for maximum benefit. The customer was delighted with our response, praising the depot for the quick response.
