Andrews Sykes UK collaborates with Nolo Climat for an international event in Covent Garden

Before Christmas, we were involved in a truly unique event! To celebrate the 10th anniversary of the debut of an iconic coat, a fashion house decided to create a real homemade ‘camel’ coloured plush fabric. From food to gifts under the Christmas tree, to a giant teddy bear as a bed headboard… a project you truly had to ‘see to believe.’

After landing in Milan and China, it was London’s turn – Covent Garden, to be precise – during one of the most magical times of the year.
When asked to propose a heating solution, we didn’t hesitate for a moment. Speaking with the designers, we determined where it would be possible to position the units so that they were not visible but ensured a pleasant temperature inside the residence.

Once the units were chosen via our Italian branch called Nolo Climat, they contacted Andrews Sykes in London to organise the quick delivery. The heaters needed to be delivered at the opening of the construction site – just a few days before the event – and our expert engineers arrived on-site to work with our Italian colleagues on the installation.

An electric DE95 model and two CT40s were incorporated into the structure’s walls, respectively heating the kitchen and the sleeping area.
A few hours before the press opening, the client declared their extreme satisfaction with the temperature achieved inside… Job done!
