Andrews Sykes ramps up investment in Scottish operations

Following a growing demand for our services across North Scotland and the Highlands, we are delighted to commit to a significant financial investment to further enhance our operations throughout the territory.

In recent years, Andrews Sykes has worked closely with companies immersed in Aberdeen’s major industries – oil, offshore and construction – and this has prompted us to take steps to ensure we can not only accommodate this surge in requirements but also cut response times for our existing customers.

As part of our pledge to strengthen our capability in the area, we have expanded our workforce to include a new territory sales manager, sales agents and admin staff.

In addition to taking on more members of staff, we have also spent a substantial sum of money on both our HVAC and pump hire range and on modernising our fleet of vehicles and depot support.

This large capital outlay reflects our desire to further develop business relationships in both Aberdeen and Inverness, whilst reinforcing our position as Scotland’s largest specialist hire company.

By employing more people, broadening our fleet of equipment and upgrading our delivery vehicles, we feel we’re now even better prepared to react to emergencies irrespective of the location in which they occur.
