At Andrews Ventilation, we understand that manufacturing facilities are subject to stringent quality control checks which, if not met, can have devastating consequences. Like with any type of business, food production companies have specific output targets they are expected to meet and when controllable factors contrive to affect this, appropriate steps are quickly taken.
This scenario was typified when a world-famous chocolate brand encountered issues inside its largest production factory. Extreme seasonal temperatures had led to mechanical components overheating, meaning a cooling arrangement was immediately required.
The client made an urgent out-of-hours enquiry regarding a solution, prompting a regional technician to survey the site in order to propose a suitable hire arrangement. Temporary equipment was then delivered and installed the very next morning, less than 12 hours after opening contact.
A series of FV900 ventilation fans were recommended due to their large scale capabilities, with each individual unit able to circulate up to 16,500m³/h of air. Once stationed around the application, our fans operated continuously during a 4-week hire period to ensure unfavourable conditions were effectively resisted. By responding to a potentially critical problem almost instantly, we were able to maintain an intricate manufacturing process without any interference whatsoever.
