The lecture hall can contain up to 50 students per exam which meant that it overheated very easily. When a room is too hot it can be stressful for the student sitting the exam. Andrews Air Conditioning provided five Polar Wind units which were delivered and installed within a three hour timeframe. The units were placed strategically throughout the hall to ensure a cool ambient throughout. The Polar Wind has a fully automatic thermostat and a remote control. It can be positioned to direct a welcoming breeze of cool air anywhere.
The client was very pleased, not to mention the students, who were very grateful as they stated that the previous temperature was insufferable.
