Major Account Management is a free, added value service with enhanced benefits. These are tailored to your requirements in discussion with you and your colleagues, but often include pre-agreed service level commitments, preferential equipment availability, consolidated invoicing, single points of contact and term pricing across our entire range of temporary air conditioning, heating, chillers and boilers, ventilation, dehumidification and fluid pumping solutions.

If you have regular requirements to hire specialist climate control or pumping equipment across a number of locations, it’s likely our dedicated Major Accounts team can help. Our service includes a named central point of contact - someone who understands you as a special customer, takes away the hassle and co-ordinates everything you need nationwide. Your Major Account Manager will meet with you regularly to keep you aware of all our latest innovations and review your commercial terms with Andrews Sykes to ensure you are always enjoying the best value for money. This also includes our unique Client Review Pack which helpfully summarises useful management information on current and recent hires, most commonly rented products, invoicing & payments by cost centre and much more. In this way we can check we’re meeting all your service level expectations and actively helping to improve the efficiency of your supply chain. And of course, even we aren’t perfect all the time so, when things occasionally go wrong, your Major Account Manager is on hand to sort things out swiftly and smoothly.
