A design services company contacted Andrews for help: asbestos had been found in the boiler plant room of a large hotel in a major seaside resort, and the venue had to stay open during refurbishment of the boiler house. The application demanded both hot water for heating and for the taps, showers and kitchens throughout the hotel; the client also required the units to operate on natural gas. Andrews provided 100kW of heat and hot water with two 500kW mobile boilers, with both units converted to use natural gas. The installation was planned and implemented by Andrews, with continuity of service maintained throughout project.

When a five-star hotel found itself without hot water, due to a boiler breakdown Andrews were called in to help. We quickly delivered and installed a powerful 500kW mobile boiler within 24 hours to ensure guests could continue to wash, bathe and shower in comfort. The boiler remained on hire for three weeks while repairs to the hotel boiler were completed.
