Sussex-based biological treatment plant seek ventilation hire

A waste collection company in West Sussex recently contacted Andrews Ventilation Hire in search of emergency ventilation fans to improve working conditions for staff. Our client had a problem with potentially toxic fumes gathering on parts of the site, and this was being caused by the sheer volume of public waste being processed nearby.

The company in question took immediate action to reduce the risk of plant workers complaining about the conditions. If something wasn’t done quickly, it is likely that employees could have suffered headaches and other medical symptoms as a result of the odours produced.

One of our regional experts surveyed the site and proposed a ventilation hire package consisting of six FV600 ventilation fans, which were used to extract polluted air from the confined space and replace it with a regular flow of fresh air.

The solution we advocated worked perfectly, playing a crucial role in safeguarding employees and providing them with a comfortable working environment. The client was extremely relieved once the units were commissioned and outlined the possible consequences had we not provided ventilation hire package.
