Andrews Ventilation at London Boat Show

The 2012 London Boat Show took place this week, showcasing some of the world’s finest yachts whilst holding various races and competitions. The show is a prestigious and important event for all boat lovers and Andrews Ventilation worked with the show to ensure things sailed smoothly.

Taking place at London’s Excel Centre, the show needed perfect wind conditions for the boats to run effectively. Being the UK’s leading hire specialist, our experts were able to supply and install a number of ASF950 fans ready to be used immediately.

Only using the finest equipment, our fans worked swimmingly and the show was a success. The expertise and knowledge of our engineers at Andrews Ventilation means we can assist our customers in the most professional and efficient ways.

Fancy a cold pint? Just ask Andrews Sykes

Andrews Sykes were hired by the Northern Beer Festival recently to help maintain the optimum temperature needed for the ideal pint.

Guinness, Strongbow and Fosters along with 80 different ales and beer needed to remain at a cool temperature throughout the festival. Andrews Sykes proposed the solution of installing a PAC60 unit together with an ASF50 fan at the beer festival to create the perfect temperature for the finest pint.

Our job proved to be a success at the festival and Anthony Jeffers, Heating Ventilation and Air conditioning specialist reported that the customer was “more than happy with our temporary cellars and will use us for future projects”.

Andrews Ventilation creates a bit of paranormal activity

When a supernatural blockbuster film at a London based studio needed help to create paranormal effects, Andrews Ventilation were ready for the ghostly challenge.

The studio needed equipment to recreate fire scenes together with other atmospheric effects on set. After a site survey by Andrews Ventilation, we proposed that the studio use our FV900 units.

We delivered and installed the units rapidly and efficiently, in time for filming to commence. The studio assured us the equipment was perfect to aid the special effects and were pleased with the service provided.

Hugo Boss calls in Andrews Sykes for help to be ‘cool’

The Hugo Boss fashion show called in Andrews Sykes for help in cooling down this summer. Hugo Boss was celebrating the launch of a range of new products and specifically requested Andrews Sykes brand new PAC60 unit for air conditioning.

We supplied three units, each being a 17KW split-type unit, and 3x ASF50 portable fans ensuring an ambient temperature was maintained for senior officials and models.

They chose Andrews Sykes due to the success of our previous work with them which was carried out to the highest standard, giving them complete faith that we would again complete the task with a peace of mind that exceeds customers expectation. The Hugo Boss fashion show was an overwhelming success and we look forward to working with them in the future.

Temporary Ventilation Solution For Large UK Distribution Centres

One of the countries largest internet warehouse and distribution centres had a requirement for temporary ventilation and cooling.
After discussing the application at length with the local Andrews sales engineer a solution was quickly delivered and installed using 16 Andrews ASF950 industrial fans throughout the warehouse.

The client was extremely pleased with the solution to provide a temporary hire for air movement around their site. Andrews ventilation can provide all sizes of fans and ventilation units from small office environments to the largest of warehouses.

Andrews Ventilation London Boat show

When the organisers of one of the worlds premier boat shows wanted to introduce a competitive element for visitors they turned to Andrews ventilation to supply 22 of our high powered ASF950 fans. They were required to produce a steady wind direction and flow for two special regattas on a manmade lake within the exhibition center.

Over the two days thousands of visitors enjoyed the competitive radio controlled yacht racing. Due to its success event organizers are hoping to make the racing an annual feature of the show. 

Andrews ventilation is able to provide many and varied solutions to the events industry, in particular ventilation, air conditioning and portable heater hire.
